services, Red Sky has assembled a talented team of extremely
experienced meteorologists. Each of our production team meteorologists has between 20 and
40 years of experience providing a vast array of weather services to
clients throughout the world. Red Sky’s forecasters have worked for all of their professional careers in
extremely challenging meteorology assignments, including positions with the National Weather Service, the United
States Navy, the United States Air Force and in commercial industry. Some

Our Founder and Chief Meteorologist
Red Sky was founded by Joe Veneziano, a 21 year veteran of the
United Stated Navy. During his long and distinguished career, Mr.
Veneziano had the pleasure of serving his country in such challenging

Our Production Meteorologists
Mr. Steve Bingham
Mr. Bingham is an expert in marine and aviation meteorology,
hurricane meteorology, and meteorology education.
Steve joined Red Sky after forty years
with the United States Navy on both active duty and in federal service,
most recently as a lead meteorologist at the U.S.
Navy weather center in Norfolk, Virginia.
With three decades of
meteorological experience, including over ten years of experience
as a U.S. Navy ship router Steve has the expertise necessary to
support our most challenging maritime projects. Steve is especially
important to our eastern and southern region marine operations with
his ten years of experience with marine weather impact support
to U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, U.S. Army and naval contract vessels
operating throughout the Atlantic, Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico,
Steve's expertise however is not limited to the marine
environment. His
twenty-years of experience flying multi- engine aircraft for the U.S.
Navy, and his Air Transport Pilot Rating make him a most
knowledgeable aviation meteorologist.
Mr. Randy Dyer
My Dyer is an an expert in marine, aviation and land-based
meteorology, severe weather warnings, and long-range weather
forecasting.
Randy’s meteorology experience spans almost
four decades, with global experience acquired through positions in the
U.S. Navy, the National Weather Service, and with U.S. Navy federal
service.
With his far-reaching expertise in marine, aviation and
land-based meteorology, and ten years of experience in long-range weather forecasting as a lead forecaster with
the U.S. Navy Long-Range Forecasting and Energy Conservation Program,
Randy is a most valuable asset in all of Red Sky operational areas.
Mr. Tom Wilcox
Mr. Wilcox is an expert in aviation and
land-based meteorology, long-range weather forecasting and energy
resources management.
Tom’s twenty years of meteorological experience
include lead forecaster and station chief positions with the U.S.
Air Force in Europe and the U.S., technical positions with the
National Weather Service and as a lead forecaster and computer
systems analyst with U.S. Navy federal service.
Tom has spent the past ten years as a
meteorological forecaster with the U.S. Navy Long-Range Forecasting
and Energy Conservation Program. His exceptional long-range
forecasting expertise enable him to provide critical guidance for
energy resource management and commodity purchasing for clients
throughout the United States.
Mr. John Tramack
Mr. Tramack is an expert in marine, aviation and
land-based meteorology and long-range weather forecasting
John has over four decades of meteorology
experience, providing critical support to customers throughout the
world. His experience in the U.S. Navy and with U.S. Navy federal
service includes providing marine, aviation and land-based metrological
support to a diverse global customer base.
Most recently, John has spent the past ten years
in the long-range weather forecasting and energy conservation
disciplines. During this period, he has served as the U.S. Navy lead
weather forecaster supporting customers throughout the large, and
meteorologically complex region of the U.S. that extends from the
Gulf States, through the desert southwest and northward into the
northwest coastal regions.
